Dead skunks litter curbs in Miners Mills section of Wilkes-Barre, PA

 

Several skunk carcasses have been found along the streets of Miners Mills, in various states of decay, most of which had been struck by cars and left to rot.  Local residents and business owners have complained about the smell and sight of the dead skunks and wondered why they haven’t been cleaned up, yet, by the city.  It’s possible the city wasn’t aware of the problem until now.
